Our Process
You will need to know what kind of cabinet you want including construction, species, door & drawer style, crown, light rail, & finish
We will need a copy of your blue print or we will need to come out to measure free of charge. Also a list of your appliances.
We will design a layout for you and email it or have you pick it up. You may schedule a meeting to come in and go over any changes that you would like to have done. Or you may email a list of changes. We do one revision and one in store meeting free of charge. Any additional changes or meeting will be charged at the current shop rate. This charge will be reimbursed as credit towards your project once you sign and provide a deposit.
Once you have approved a layout we will send you your drawings & a proposal. We will need these signed and returned to us along with the deposit.
We only do scheduling for our products that we have sold to you. You will need to coordinate dates with any other contractors for example countertops, plumbing, & electrical.
You will have up to 6 weeks before the approximate date to make changes to your order any changes after we have ordered will be at your expense.
We generally try to contact you about a week before we schedule your installation or delivery. If you are picking your cabinets you will be called once they are completed. You will need to bring help to load your vehicle.
Once your cabinets have been delivered that will be the day your balance is due and you will be invoiced. You may pay online or in store we charge a 3% surcharge for Credit Cards but not for Debit Cards. Any invoices past due will be charged a 1.5% finance fee.
